Hey Jeanette ~ Did your boss give you any good constructive critism (sp?) or was he just telling you that your work is lacking? You might want to call him on this if not. Being too happy to do a good job? Never heard of anything like that one! If it's time for you to move on, my best wishes for you! Take care of you and keep fighting the good fight!

Hi Jeanette.. What a tough position to be in. Might I suggest that you call your dr and tell him the same thing you told us. Then, let him tell her why she isn't in a position to have WLS done. One, her BMI isn't enough and two, she is too young. Not to mention, she isn't even really trying to do anything about it. She hasn't kept a journey of her attempt to lose weight or even shown interest in walking with you. She needs to realize she is going to have to do these things afterwards even if she did get the surgery. I don't think she realizes fully how hard it was for you and she is only focusing on how you look. I think taking her to the Dr and letting him tell her the facts might take the burden off of you and give her someone with medical authority that will open her eyes...I wish you the best of luck with this one!
