Finding my life changing is hard

I am still having trouble getting in all that protein. Sipping all day long and still feel that I am not getting all liquids in. Now my potassium pill is causing me to vomit every morning, so I am trying not to take it. But I love bananas so I hope that's enough potassium. My grandson thinks it awesome that grandmaw vomits blue. I don't think its so awesome!! Well this is my first post and I am learning the site. I have to add a pic. But of course, I will have to wait on my daughter to get home from school. You know they are so much quicker at this than us.
