I've been away from OH for many months, but I'm back now and want to get back to being active. I've always been a lurker type, but trying to stretch and become a little more involved.
During my hiatus, I've moved to Carrollton and work in Coppell, so I am looking for a local support group and therapist who specializes in gastric bypass patients. If you know of one or the other, or both, please do let me know!
I've lost 88 pounds, but it is coming off much slower now and I need to get my head a little straighter to ensure continued success. Know what I mean?
