"I would give the same advice regardless of the hospital - go in prepared and know what you need. I had to ask for anti-nausea medication and glucose because I felt so sick when I wasn't able to eat anything with calories - they were happy to provide but you have to know to ask. The hospital is newer and very close to home, which I liked, and as I said, I got terrific care from my doctors' staff. I was concerned initally by my bill because, as I said, I haven't had a lot of surgeries. In the end my out of pocket costs were unbelievably low and I was ecstatic. I would recommend having Lap RNY at Somerset Medical Center any day of the week. "

"I love Dr. Eiges. He's been my doctor since I was 14 and he was super helpful with my surgery preparations & support for the insurance co. The only problem is that I don't think their office is accepting new patients."
