Well, it has now been almost 15 months since I had my RNY.. I feel awesome.. I am down 90 pounds, and only have 12 more to go.. and guess what if I never loose that last 12 pounds I am happy with the way that I am.. I have gone from not having a life,, to being to do just about anything that I want to do..
I was a diabetic before my surgery, and I was on an insulin pump, with the strongest insulin that they make,, I am happy to report that I have not been on that pump since march.. can you believe that...........I do not take anything for diabetes now.............no pills, nothing........I con'trol it with what I put in my mouth..........
I actually went to Orlando in October and could ride the rollercoasters with ease...............such an accomplishment............I am really proud of myself.................So I have to thank God because without him.. I do not think I would have made this miraculous journey
