They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31 For I am the LORD, you God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Isaiah 41:13 Don't tell GOD how big your storm is. Tell the storm how big your GOD is! Hoping you have a successful surgery, and rapid recovery.

Having wls is a big decision to make.....You have made the right one. CONGRATS!!.. Heres to an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. It is the best thing I could have ever done for myself and I bet you'll feel the same way too. Remember small bites, chew like theres no tomorrow, get tons of H2O, and dont forget that protein! Happy re-Birthday!!!!
