"Dr. Kelley was very personable and easy to talk to. He has a very friendly manner about him and was willing to listen to me and was very honest. The staff at St. Paul Surgeon's have been very helpful, supportive, kind and make me laugh. THANKS GINGER!! Side note: my friend had Dr. Kelley for her Roux-N-Y surgery and I thought he had an excellent bedside manner and took very good care of her in the hospital. That's what drew me to him when I decided to have surgery. "
