One Month Post-Op

It's been one month since my lap band surgery, feel pretty good just can't seem to beat the tireds yet. When to doctors office today and weigh and after last week disappointment, I am proud to say I lost 5 pounds last week bring my total to 27 pounds..............WOOOOOT Three Weeks later

Here I am, I be very depressed about the way my weight lost is going. I have added walking and swimming over the last week and when i weighed myself today at the doctors office. I did't lost one ounce. Just very dishearting for me. oh, well just keep on trying. Just don't understand.

One Week after surgery!

It has been week since I had the adjustable lap band put in. I went to my local doctors office to weigh myself and lost 16 pounds. It was very good feeling. I know it is a ONE time thing but it sure help me feel like I made the right decision.
