"Helpful and (mostly) friendly nursing staff were always available when I needed them and usually before. I appreciate that they took the time to do things like write the date on a white board and crack a joke from time to time. Most importantly, they didn't kick the foley too terribly often (ZAP!).
There were a couple of brief instances where it was clear that communication between staff had suffered a bit, but, without fail, the staff ably tended to my recovery and comfort."
