Well I haven't posted in forever and my weight has actually went up a tiny bit but not too bad. I am still working out really hard. I do curves most of the time 5 days a week and I weight train 3 - 4 times a week plus I have recently started training to run a 3 mile race in October and I am loving it. I always thought I hated running but now I'm actually loving it so that's great.

Well I haven't posted in a few days. My weight ended up going down 159.4 and then it went back up to 160 for weigh in today yesterday. But I knew it would because we had no electricity from Friday at 7:30 until late Saturday so we had to eat out and I didn't get in near enough water. So today at least my weight has started back down I weighed in this morning at 159.8 so I was happy about that. And I'm hoping in the next few days maybe I can get my weight back down to 159.4 or even lower. I'm hoping for a good week even though it's going to be hard with Christmas Eve dinner with family and then another family dinner on Christmas Day.

Today my weight was down a tiny bit. I weighed in this morning at 160.4 so at least it's down a bit. I wish it would keep going down. I am hoping by the new year I can break into the 150's.

Wow I can't believe how close I am to my goal weight. I am only 10.6 pounds away from my first goal of 150 pounds, when I started this journey 8 months and 2 days ago I never dreamed I could be this far in this short amount of time, but I'm so glad that i am. I'm so proud of myself for sticking to it and doing the right things even on days I really didn't want to. The exercise for me has been the hardest because there are days i just do not want to exercise but I get up and make myself do it and I think that's the key to long term success is just making it a way of life and doing it whether you want to do it or not. So that's the way I plan to make it be.

Well for the last couple of days my weight has been bouncing up and down between 162.2 and 163.6 I'm hoping I can get it to go down and stay down. I hate when it starts bouncing around a lot. I'm going to try to do my monthly weigh in at curves at the end of next week and I'm hoping for good results.

Well my weight has been very slowly but steadily going down so I guess that's a very good thing. I am down to 162.2 pounds I can hardly believe I'm only 12.2 pounds from my first goal of 150 pounds. Everyone that sees me as of lately tell me I shouldn't loose anymore weight, but I'm for sure going to get to 150 pounds and I'd honestly really like to get to 130 but I'm not sure yet how I'm going to determine a good stopping point for sure yet.

Had a great Thanksgiving with my family. Went out shopping all day yesterday which was great as well. Had a huge Thanksgiving dinner and another huge dinner yesterday and very happy to say I'm only up 1 pound from my low last Sunday. I'm thrilled with that number. I'm hoping I can loose it before my weekly weigh in tomorrow.

Well this week was a very good week for weight loss, I managed to loose 2.4 pounds so I was very happy because last week I only lost .02. I'm now weighing in at 164.8 very happy about that number. I'm really hoping I can keep going and be at my goal sometime around the end of January. I'm not sure I can hit it that fast with holidays coming up but I will give it a good try. I'm only 14.8 pounds away from my goal. I really think working at curves has helped me so much and I'm so thankful to have gotten that job.

Well it's been a while since I have updated I've been so busy. I started at curves about 3 weeks ago and I love it. I couldn't have found a better job. I've not lost a whole lot since the last time I posted about 4.6 pounds. I weighed in today at 167. I have my monthly weigh and measure day tomorrow at curves so I'm really hoping that I can have made pretty good progress for the month with inches and body fat lost.

I am very happy with my weekly weigh in today. I weighed in this morning at 171.6 making this weeks loss 3.2 pounds I was so happy about that since last week I didn't loose any weight and was very disappointed. I'm hoping I can have another good week this week, I will have to watch my food intake making sure I don't get too much sodium and keeping my exercise good this week.
