Hello Jo...congrats on your weight loss! I had surgery on oct.28th of this past year..I've lost 38 pds & my hubby & I are going on a cruise jan.18th. Sure I wish I was down more weight but I'm so excited for what I have lost already. I've gone from 228 to 189...again you've done great..congrats to you & your family. Allison Mann
