One more day and you're off to a new, healthier, more physically active life. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. Do as the Doc says, stay positive and all else will fall into place. The MD board will be looking forward to updates. Best of luck! TraciL

Tuesday, I'll be thinking of you! Just remember, move as much as you can as soon as you can! The first few days are the hardest but after that...it gets GREAT! Just wait until the pounds melt off! Dianne from FL

Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else.
