"My first impression of Dr. Kappa was that he was very sincere and nice. He really took time to sit and talk the surgery out with me and he made me feel like he really cared. My impressions of him over time only got better, he always took the time to talk with me and answer my questions. The office staff were wonderful and still are today. Overall i would rate him great, a 10 (being the highest) and both his bedside manner and surgical competence were right on the money."
