I'm back from the hospital. I had my surgery on Friday afternoon. Everything seems to have gone well. My biggest complaint was naseau while I was in the hospital. When I got over that one I couldn't wait to get out. Should have gotten out yesterday! My next biggest complaint in my headache. I think its the not eating headache so I'm trying some milk today to see what I can do. And finally, my IV caused my left arm and hand to swell and that's a little uncomfortable. I'm not happy I've done this yet, but I can tell you it was a lot easier than my two C-sections -- but no baby comes home with me. On a personal note, Dr. Tillquists father died last night so if you are a patient of his, I'm sure he could use the support. Later -- Leslie

Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing. Make sure you walk, and keep up your breathing exercise. YOU CAN DO THIS! See you on the other side.

Hi Leslie, Thanks for your note on my surgery page. I don't know about you but I am ready to get this over with! I don't know what to do with myself this week! I promise not to wear the Dr. out! I'm sure he will do a good job on both of us! Take care and keep in touch. 303-838-2502!
