I just got back from the uniform store earlier today and bought two new sets of scrubs-size LARGE!!!! I couldn't believe I didn't have any x's in front of the L. Also my middle child Matt bought a jeep this week, way off the ground and I can climb in and out of it with NO problem. How cool is this?? Also, I got my six month labs back-all perfect and on no meds since surgery. Thank you Dr. Miles and most of all, thank you GOD!!!

Hooray, I now have a BMI of 29.7!! I am no longer obese, I am now only overweight. I never new how good that word could sound!! Best wishes to all.

Hello everyone, Happy Monday!!! I have a milestone to report, it is small to most but HUGE to me. I went to Sam's today, bought two XL tee-shirts and an XL Camisole/shorts pagama set. Need I tell any of you how long it has been since I could by anything below 3x and the 3x's often weren't big enough. I have NEVER been able to by ANY article of clothing at Sam's in my size-NEVER!!!! This was huge for me. I have been running around in my xl shirt staring in every mirror I pass. LOL Have a great week all! lap rny 12/10/01, minus 65lbs.

Hi all, I came home yesterday, have been on the go all day today, (literally-I wore my husband out.) I am pooped and headed to bed. Food and I are getting along well so far. Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes! Joy Suggs
