"Dr Chiang is a very skilled surgeon who has a very good reputation in the area. Bariatric surgery is only part of his practice. He is a very caring person, who listens to your questions and concerns. The Bariatric Institute of WI, is a group of 4 Doctors which he is a part of. They have a seperate office set up for this part of their practice. They each have a seperate day of the week which they see their patients. Doctor Chiangs day is Thursdays. I would recommed him to anyone!"
