Hello To all you wonderful people. I was 4months out as of yesterday. I have lost a total of 151 lbs. I now weigh 334lbs. Only 35 more and I will be under 300,yippee. I hope everyone had a great weekend and are doing well. I can't beleive that these last 4 months went by so quickly. I feel a thousand percent better then I did before surgery. I am still havingf a problem with chicken getting stuck, but I hope that will change as more time goes by. I am now allowed to start on salads(lettuce,tomatos,etc.)If anyone has any good salad suggestion's I would appreciate it. Have a great day. If anyone in the Staen Island,Brooklyn area of New York needs an Angel or just want to vent or talk let me know.

Julian - I'm six months out and still have problem with meat sticking, chest pressure, and not being able to drink for hours aftwards. I just stay away from chicken and beef unless is is ground very well. Best of luck.

Just checking in with another milestone. I started this whiole weight loss thing wearing a size 64 pants. Today I am wearing a size 48 pants. Simply amazing. I cannot remember the last time I was a 48 waist. I remember when I got married almost 12 years ago I was a 52 waist. So it must be a good 15 years or better since I saw 48. Thats my 2 cents for the day. To all on this WLS journey continued success.

Good Morning to all,from a sunny day of rememberance her in New York. As I stated yesterday I had my 3 month checkup. Well I am officall down 136lbs. I am omly 20lbs away from my wedding weight of 330lbs. My bloodwork all came back perfect. My B12 was a little high so they cut me down to only one pill a week. I still can't believe that I have lost this much in such a short time. I know eventually it slows down so I am trying to take advantage of this now by following my surgeons guidlines to the letter. My next checkup is in December when I am at 6 months out. So all of you please take care and again you guy's are the greatest supporters next to my wife and kids. Good luck to all no matter where you are in your journey..
