Had my 2nd fill yesterday and it went alot smoother. She was able to find the port right away this time instead of digging around and pushing sooooo hard! :)

I weighed myself this morning and was shocked that I had lost like 2.5 lbs! I haven't been losing lately so it was a pleasant surprise :)

Feeling a little blue

I went into this whole thing thinking that I would lose weight right away. Did I not listen at the seminar, read the materials, or listen to all the wonderful people at the Bariatrics department??? I did listen, I guess I just wanted to hear what I wanted to hear. I am fully aware now that this is a lengthy process and I am trying to remember that my band is a tool not a miracle. I am going to start working out next week and I am actually looking forward to it! I get my first fill on November 23rd, should hopefully help a little. I will get thru this and I will conquer!
