The night before surgery...

It's the night before surgery. Last night I didn't sleep at all. Part anxious, part nervous. I'm going take a sleeping pill now.

Yesterday I went to a Nutrition class presented by the Dietitian that I met with last week for a one on one session. Everyone who has the sleeve operation has to attend this class now. It was very informative about what we should eat from the day after surgery and going forward. She also told us what vitamins and minerals we would need to take for the rest of our lives. I had already ordered my vitamins from Bariatric Advantage and they had arrived by the time I got home. The dietitian told us to start taking our vitamins as soon as possible, so I start taking mine last night.
1 week to surgery date

My surgery is in one week. I am excited and nervous. I am eating all the things that I won't be able to eat after surgery.
