Well i started gaining weight @ about 15..but the weight really started sticking after i had my son @ 17. I was always thick but i could not believe i let myself go. So i joined the gym and began losing weight but i would always gain it right back once i became stressed or if i had a bad day i would comfort myself with food..I did everything with food..Wht can i say i love to eat. My breaking point was one day @ the park & my son wanted my 2 chase him nd i was so out of breath & tired. I knew from that moment i had 2 change.
I've always been the pretty fat chick and never had a problem dating or anything so i guess my eyes were closed and i didn't realize just how bad my health was becoming. So here i am ready and willing 2 change
