Its weird losing weight in places its never come off before. My thighs while large never jiggled and were a smooth shape, are now clapping on their own (applauding my journey) and remind me of San Francisco with all the ups and downs on them. I've never lost weight in my boobs and yet I've noticed the side fat fading away. I'm 25 lbs down already and barely recognize the way my body is reshaping. Either way its all a good thing

So excited when I wake up

Every morning I feel like I have started life over. I have easily fallen into a routine of sipping, walking and resting. I am going to the bathroom regularly 
and most of the odd over reactions to simple things have passed. I'm walking 20-40 minutes a day around my house. I aim for 5 mins an hour, if I'm super tired I skip. Chicken broth has become my favorite thing as it feels like a band aid for my inner aches and pains. 4 ozs of broth and I can go another 2 hours without pain meds, which I'm taking as little as possible. I know that there will be times I struggle but I also know this is the best thing I have ever done for me.

2nd day post op and I started crying because I couldn't find my favorite episode of Dawson's Creek. My super hubby came to the rescue found the episode and got me re-situated to be comfortable to watch Pacey and Joey be stuck in K-Mart.

Paying For My Surgery

Thanks to my dad and my wonderful insurance (UHC) I get to pay for my surgery today when I officially schedule it today. I'm encouraged by the dirty look at the fat chick looks and family members who've made fat jokes behind my back for years. I'm finding encouragement in every negative thrown my way. I'm already loving myself more.
