"Getting in to see Dr. Coates himself is NOT an easy task, but when you do it's worth it! He takes his time, never makes you feel rushed and explains everything in detail. He has a wonderful "bedside manner" and is just a very genuine person.
His PA's on the other hand left a VERY bad impression with me. In the future I will not agree to see any one of them.
