Hello everyone time for my YEAR update! So far I have lost 153 pounds and so many inches I haven't been able to keep track. Just for kick the other day I tried on prom dresses and can wear a size 13. I am so inspired and hope to give any advice and support to everyone that wants it. Good luck to everyone else on their journy. Lots of love, Karla

Hi everyone didnt realize it had been so long since I had updated. As of today I am down to 225 pounds thats a total of 110 in 7 months. I am so glad I did this. Hope everyone is doing well. Karla Schnell

Hi everyone! Down 87 pounds now. Last Thursday had a breast reduction and lift, they took off 2 pounds of tissue and I feel great. Now I look much more proportionate. Anyway hope everyone elses weight loss is going good.

Hi Everyone! Thought Id give an update, so far I am down to 262.5 thats 72.5 pounds in 4 months. I feel really good and am looking even better. Down from size 28 to 22 and almost in those 20s. We didnt have a support group near us so a local md and some WLS patients started a support group. Started out with 4-5 people and now up to 15. Cool! Thanks everyone for your support!Karla

Hi ya'll! Down 60 pounds at my 3 month check. Waiting for all my blood work to get back. Other than some hair loss I feel great. Down from a size 28 to a 22! Yippeeee!
