Getting back on Track

Just a quick post to let you all know I've beat the smoking again. I quit 2 weeks ago. Thanks for all of your support and prayers. Now I just need to get back into the workout regimen. Still down over 80 lbs and loving it.

Its hard to believe 4 mos have passed and I am down almost 70 lbs. What a great relief it is to put on clothes each day knowing they will fit (or fall off in some cases). My journey thus far has not been easy. I cannot seem to wrap my brain around this new form of eating. I have traded one vice for another. I am addicted to ice coffee drinking some 3 a day which I know is no good for me. It goes down easy though....I'd rather drink than eat anything at all. Also, still smoking. I know... I know.. how stupid. Its a hindrance in my life. It causes me to not work out as hard as I'd like to and its a constant monkey on my back. I've quit two other times in the past for years at a time. I just have to get that mind set back to stop again. Please pray for me to give me the strength and courage to do something that should be so easy.
