"As a nurse myself I was impressed with the nursing care. My callbell was always answered promptly & when the morphine dosing wasn't initially enough on the pump a call was promptly made to the MD who ok'd the increase. The parking was horrible due to some extensive construction. The room was way to hot for me but nursing staff promptly brought in a fan for me to use. I would go to this hospital again if necessary."
"After waiting over 4 mos for this appt I did not even meet with Dr Juarez but his PA. I was very upset that I was not told this ahead of time. The office also could not find any of the records or other info that was sent to them including my ins referral! The office was crowded & chaotic on the day I was there & I waited for 2hrs before I was seen. The PA was very nice though & spent as much time with me as I needed. He answered all my questions & did not make me feel like he wanted to rush me out of there. Maybe it was just an "off" day for that office
03/04/03 Dr Juarez office staff is great when dealinfg with the ins co. Everythig was taken care of by them & I was approved the next day! What was time consuming was gathering all the records & test results to get to them."
"My wait for an appt with Dr Schur was less than a week. I found both he & his staff very helpful, polite & professional. I returned to take the written test & he was very expedient in getting the results to the surgeon. He was very suprised to discover that I found him through this web site but stated that I was the 4th patient in a week to come into his office for the same eval."
