"His staff was great, very nice office. I was really impressed with the amount of time he spent talking to me and my family. He really made us feel at ease and that he wanted to make sure we asked all the questions we needed. So often doctors make you feel rushed like your takeing too much of their time, but that was not the feeling here. Also his assistant was wonderful and sat in on the whole meeting also. I am looking forward to working with these people to reach my goal. Aftercare is a big deal to this office, and I very glad about this. I liked how he addressed the risks of surgery. He touched on the death rate but did not harp on it, he was very clear on the risks involved and the statistics of complications with this surgery, including his own stats of his leak rate.The only this I was not thrilled with was the need to loose 25 pounds, I thought this was a little too much, and that they would not seek approval until most of this weight was gone, I am not sure why they would not start the process as soon as possible as this can take time. Overall I was really impressed with the doctor and his staff. "
