"The nurses in day surgery were very nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and not afraid to have surgery...up until that point, I was completely nervous. When I began to wake in recovery, the nurses there were very responsive to my pain needs and made me feel comfortable immediately. On the bariatric floor, the nurses who were on duty in the afternoon were wonderful and really took good care of me. I had some issues with the overnight staff, as they didn't respond to my calls for pain meds when I needed them. They did help me get in and out of bed all night though, so that was appreciated. I don't remember much about the morning staff, as I was pretty tired and out of it. I didn't feel like I was ready to go home, but I was grateful to be in familiar surroundings. "
