"Dr. Chute was great. Very calm but informative. It was a little difficult getting through to speak with someone in the office prior to their submitting the info to the ins. co. I was trying to check to see if I had all my ducks in a row and I was called but not until after papers were done whcih was fine but frustrating becuase I hadn't known where they were at in the process. I know things take time and if they sat and called each patient they would get nothing done. It's the curiousity I guess. The office seemed very organized and Susie, the scheduling person was awesome. She had all the information I had asked for and then some. I would definately consider him if you are out there looking for a surgeon. He is very clear that aftercare is very important and especially with the lap band since you will have to find the right "spot" for yourself through adjustments. It also shows he cares. The risks of surgery were stated very clearly and all of my questions were answered even though I didnt have many becuase I have been researching for so long. I feel confident that he will do his best."
