Decided it's time to work on me. So far I've had lasik eye surgery. BEST decision I've ever made. Being able to wake up & just go is wonderful. So on this journey of working on me. I've decided to have VSG. I'm hoping to add it to the best decisions list.
I've been pretty much over weight my entire life. But the past year has gotten worse. I was in a relationship for a very long time. High School Sweetheart as you would say since i was 15. We finally ended it March of last year. I went into a downhill battle. Before i was going tanning working out, managing my weight. Then i just found love in food & my bed. I do blame my lasik a little bit. I had been going to as i call it THE FAT DOCTOR for about 3 years. Was on Adipex, B12, & HCG. But had to stop all that for lasik b/c it was draining my fluids from my eyes causing me very bad dry eye. So from going to something that curved my appetite to nothing. I went on a eating spree and just didn't stop. I also can never go back on Adipex b/c of the eye issue. I've been very depressed about how i look, feel, & act. Finally woke up & said it's time for change. I never thought about it. Well i did but never thought i would be doing it. I had a friend that had it & has helped talk to me & understand everything. So i said what the hell I'm going to a class. If this is how I'm going to change I'm gonna do it.
So thats where i'm at.
