Jan 07 2006 Things are going great now, I now weigh 195. Thats 157 lbs gone in 7 months. The loss has slowed down. I feel better than ever. Started trying the profect for my protien, I think its working out well and its easy to drink. I will see when i get my blood work done. I have gotten better taking my vitamin, hair loss is slowing not much more i could loose. im in a size 16 jeans and looking for a 14 well im off here for now

all this change on the oh site for your profiles just confuse me but who cares. Im loosing weight and moving and im happier than I have been in years. If I can just keep the old one like it is just so I can look at it from time to time will do me just fine. Im too busy now to worry bout things to much online. i will be trying to work on it from time to time just dont want to loose what I have had since before surgery. I hope copy and pasting the whole thing will work.
