Over a year ago I had a pretty bad mental "episode". I started eating to cope. You guessed it, I was gaining back the weight. When the scale hit 300+ I had to do something or die. I went back to basics. Re-went thru the first stages of post op (liquids, soups, soft foods). Then added salads slowly. I have lost about 70 of those nasty pounds since March. I'm still carefully watching my portions. I did it once and damn it I can do it again!!! I hit my goal of 265. My next goal is 13 pounds puts me back at 250. ![]()
