Can't eat Chicken or Fish

I had my surgery on March 25th and now I have been tring to eat white meet but can't! makes me very sick
. I have tried to cook them different ways but nothing is working! I am afriad to eat. 
I am only able to eat soups, yogurt, meba toast, jello. Getting sick of the same things.
