Well I did it! I stuck to the 5 day pouch test which was really hard for me.  I am back on track and I shed 5 pounds to boot.  Hopefully that huge stall has broken for good.  I do feel fuller after eating and have cut out some of my bad habits!  I will keep working on the rest.

Its been pretty busy around here my dh was hit in his car and it was written off, he was ok thank goodness but trying to live with one car here is hard.  Our kids are keeping us on our toes and I really would like a holiday but alas I have started studying International Law this trimester hence all of the earthling references in my heading.  Seeing all the global conflict between nations and cultures really does leave me scratching my head at times.  We really are all related, we are all the same people from the same place, why can't people see they are fighting their own kind.

Hmm getting a bit serious there. 

I was sleeved in Sept 08.  I have struggled with food for years and tried almost every diet under the sun if that where possible, and I am still plodding along on this journey at the moment as I have some food attachment issues to deal with.  I have lost about 23 kilos not quite sure what that is in pounds but it has drastically changed my appearance and I have about another 25 to go.  (Or about 55 pounds) I am much healthier and don't regret my decision for a second.

I am not a joiner normally but I need some support so you will hopefully see me posting on the forum and joining in a bit.  I am a bit like Sandra Bullock's character in 28 days and sometimes need to wear a sign around my neck saying I need help, as I absolutely hate to ask for it. 

I have never had a blog before either, I am not really sure of the purpose really but I will give it a go.
