Ken's weight Loss Update

It is has some time since I ckecked in last, so here it goes. Presently I have lost 47Lbs and really loving it. I have not looked at my pre surgery pic since the operation and man that is scary. I have lost 5-6 inches on my waist, my face has had dramatic change as well everyone says. I have known people for years who do not recognize my new look without a facial hair, and a little color on top.
I am thankful for the excellence of the Kuri team, I highly recommend them.
By the way, after losing 30lbs. I have not used my
sleep apnea machine, that is a blessing! I have used one for about 6 years, if it wasn't the noise from the machine keeping me awake, it was when I stopped breathing.
