Well, today's the TT day Kevin!...Where they will pull your chin down to your knees!!:lol: Just kidding! You will be estatic with the results, but yes, you will be sore for a while. Just keep in mind the svelt, manly-man bod you are going to have! The feeling is freeing! Hope this message finds you well and recovering nicely! ok im sending you the 5 dollars (LOL) im not sure if its enough but after the surgery you might be giving it away! best of luck on your surgery and dont worry about anything your family is a great sup[port sytem which is no.1 the kids in school give them a mean substitute they will miss you in stay in line and on key.. be good and take care..sending you good thoughts and a prayer! I am walking and walking and drinking. The back scratcher is fine but she works until 5:30 each day so until 6 I'm on my own. Thanks for the help, Chuckles it sure came in handy.

Hey Kevin! You are now officially a shrinking violet! You might be a bari now, but you'll be a soprano soon (inside joke :) ). Keep walking, if you don't I'll send my wife up, she was a cruel taskmaster with the walking, and I thank her for it! How's the backscratcher working out???

Hey Kevin... well, your surgery is over now. I hope it went well and that you're able to get back home with your family soon ! Take it slow and easy for a few days (but be sure to walk often, though!) and you'll be feeling MUCH better before you know it ! Good luck to you with the weight loss !!! :)About Me
