Time is sure going by quickly.. seems hard to believe its been 6 weeks.. can not even visualize where I will be in 6 months... but I know one thing   I am on cloud 9.. I feel sometimes this is a dream and someone will wake me.. The scale is moving downward, slow and steady and I like it like that.. I am now down 32 lbs.. Now in Onderland.. My daughter who is 28  has never seen me in jeans with a zipper.. Lol.. and she is so amused by me and my attitude now... I love life and most of all I love ME..

Post Op Week 1 & 2

Surgery was a breeze for me~ I am truly blessed... I have had no complications whatsoever and have been tolerating all foods without
any difficulties.  The only problem I have is eating to fast, and it is a behavior I am going to have to work through... but its hard to break a 53 year old habit.. When I do eat fast, I get this feeling of heaviness like Ineed to lie down and most times I do... then in about 20 min or so it passes... Is this a dumping syndrome???  I didnt think so but some one told me yes.. will check it out with my wls buddies on youtube..

Weight loss week one 7 lbs
Weight loss week two 6 lbs

Total loss so far 21 lbs... I am starting to see a difference in my clothing..
