"My 1st impression of him was good. He has a great bed side manner and took enough time to answer all your questions no matter how many other patients were waiting to be seen. The office staff was really friendly and caring. They spent alot of time working with me trying to get all the insurance info and required tests done so I could schedule my date. Dr Wood has set the gold standard for the RNY Micropouch. I would not trust anyone else to do this to me. Both his bed side manner and surgical competence surpass all my expectations. I would refer him to anyone who is seeking to do this. My only complaint is that when you call the office both pre and post op their staff is not real prompt in returning your calls. I wish this could be addressed. "
