Hello every one just want to give you a quick up date I start my medifast August 27 and my surgery date is October 2 am getting scared now it is getting close it is going to go so fast I know that is what is scarry my weight to date is 257lbs

Hi everyone! Well today I had my first consult with the surgeon.
I will be getting a "packet" in about 2 weeks or sooner with all of my preops set up for me and they will then schedule me to come in for my liquid diet that i need to be on for 5 weeks. So once that comes I will then update again.
