"I can not imagine a better place to have my surgery done, from the warm air heated cover in the pre-op prep area to an inflatable mattress to transfer to the OR bed. The staff, many of whom have had some form of WLS were great and always aware of the concerns & emotions that you are going through. The PCAs and nursing staff were great and they did everything that they could to get me through the post-op blues. Getting me up and out of bed that night and keeping me sipping my water after my follow-up upper GI the morning after surgery. They made the whole hospital experience a positive one.
