today id my firs day, I am a mother of two little girls, the first one is tree almost four and the second one is going to be two on the 19th of this month. I am here to get help on losing all this weight I have been in denial for a long time, and a while back I was looking at pictures my husband took of me and my girls and I had relize that I am big and that my helth is not good. my doctor has been telling me that I need to lose weight. I have tryed but I had no help besides my husban so I am here know to geet advice and to get help. so who all can give me advice I will realy aprciate it. have all a good day.
