"Met with the surgeon for the first time yesterday. He seamed very nice and easy to work with. However I did not feel he was up on all the lasted techniques. He went into great detail of the surgery and the pros and cons. I feel he went into more detail with me than most because he had to show he knew more than I did, thanks to all the information I have found on this page. I guess that is what you get with a general surgeon through an HMO. At least there is no out of pocket cost. He was very encouraging and feels there should be no problem with an approval. Maybe begining or mid November for the surgery date."
