Well..I've been overweight most of my life. I have battled it forever, and now I'm finally going to take control again.
For many years before my kids 6 years ago, I had eating disorders; and I would flip depending on my mood I guess. Some days I'd throw my food up, sometimes I wouldn't eat for days, or weeks, and other days, I'd just eat anything in site. Talk about being all over the place. lol
Now I'm just overweight, not gaining, not losing, just maintaining. I have tried all diets, gyms, etc...no luck. Well, now its on to meeting the people at Barix in Michigan. I'm excited, I'm excited to start a new heathy chapter in my life. I'm about to be 30 this year, and this is my goal year to do something for myself, and my children.
I have soooo many things I want to do with them, and I'm excited to start the journey. I have re-created myself mentally over the years, and now I need the body to catch up! lol Dammit..I'm gonna be hot again!! WOOHOOOOO!
I have a consultation with Dr.Pop at Barix on March 14th, 2008. Can't wait to meet him.
