"Today is Aug.8 01 and I have my first consultation with Dr Roy Berkowitz at the BTC in Shaumburg,IL. First of all I have heard the stories about those who had to wait to get in to see him well mine was differnt. I was late by 2hrs for the appointment due to bad bad traffic. and they let me still have the appointment. and were very understanding and warm. Patrice was my councler and she was great Just the most wonderful women u will ever meet. AND now the Dr. he was top notch in my book. He knows his stuff and I like that. I knew he did but he was on the ball as we rolled questions honestly and quickly. I am fully aware of the risks through him and this web sight. and I really think if your in the area look him up.He is the one to help.I look forward to him doing the surgery. My oppinion was he did not try selling me on the surgery. and he would I know have a wonderul bedside manner. And I understand he has had lots and lots of surgical competence."
