"First impression - very knowledgeable but a bit soft spoken. I don't have a one-on-one consult with him until 8/15. However, I have talked to others who have already had the surgery and they indicate that both his surgical competence and bedside manner are FANTASTIC! His nurse, Kim, is AWESOME! The administrative staff were okay. Was very impressed with what he said about length of the surgery and how he takes no short cuts. Also is very pro pain-med -- whatever it takes to feel comfortable. He seemed to be VERY concerned with aftercare and follow-up. "
