"I have spent hours reading and reading about Dr. Aranow, so I was prepared for him to look young and to be very personable. Even so, my husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge, his concern, and the fact that we felt he was talking directly to us and not at us. He is proud of his medical statistics and takes every caution so that he can remain tops in his profession. During the first meeting with him, he addressed every concern that I had, and some I hadn't thought of yet. He is very professional, but also displays a great sense of humour. He is adament that to be his patient, you have to do things exactly as he tells you, or you will not remain his patient. Be that preparing for surgery and with the aftercare after the surgery is complete. He stresses that this is not an overnight miracle, and that it requires a lifetime commitment. I researched several surgeons in CT, and am completely, 100% convinced that Dr. Aranow is the best choice. Lois and Stacy were very helpful while I was talking to them. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. "
