Im having second thoughts (about having the surgery at this point) 
Its not about the money part , its more that me and my husband are newlyweds and we want to have a baby. I can loose 20-40lbs on my own if i really want to get it done in about 6 months. this way we can start our family. Who knows I may change after this too! lol! but this is how im feeling right now.

YEAAAA!!! i got a call today but i just have to come up with $535 to set  up all my appt.'s for my nutrition and lifeskills classes. Its a lot of money at one time for me .. but im going to do it somehow. Dont know how but it will come. I may have to work some overtime. Its just not looking so bright at the end of the tunnel for me right now. Why dont they tell you about all these fees?!?! Its worth it but it would be better if they let you know what you are up against as far as money.

So I have so far some appointments but for my life skills, nurse practicioner, and psychologist, I have to wait until their office gets my paperwork to make the appointment. Im not that worried because I know that Im half way there and I just need these appointments made. I REALLY WANT TO HAVE MY SURGERY BY DECEMBER!!! WELL HOPEFULLY BY THIS MONTH... LATEST JANUARY SO BY NEXT YEAR THIS TIME I WILL BE FEELING AND LOOKING GOOD!

just wanted to say that she is my favorite artist! love her style and voice! she inspires me to get my music going and to get in shape too! lol!

Yes I finally made it to my consultation!!!! WHEW! it took forever but i have some more good news! I dont have to worry about the 6 months of diet program crap!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! w. the insurance I have I made out w/out worring about that. So I called my other appt.s today and left messages for my pulmonologist and my life skills /endocrinoligist/psychologist so we can get this boat on the roll baby!!!
When meeting w/ the Dr. today he did inform me that I will be loosing on average 50lbs the first year and then gradual after w/ the lapband..Im so ready.. let it go!

So I have been weening myself off of soda and drinking a lot more water.. good stuff! and i have been keeping up with it for good 2 weeks now. I definately feel a diference in my eating pattern by eating less and not haveing cravings for junk foods as much. But now I am thinking should I just keep this up and try having a baby first or go through with the surgery. I am still leaning closer to the surgery b/c it will help me stay on track with weight loss or stability when I am conceiving but then I am going to have to wait at least 1 whole year before me and my husband have any children!  On the other hand if we have  or try to getr pregnant now, it will be a good 6 months before we can because of the  issue with my weight and I would have to loose some first.  Right now, my hormone levels are off and my period doesnt come normal or regular anymore. And my OBGYN beleives that it is all b/c of my wight and I am having hair growth on my chin and this is a sign of it.  He wants me to loose about 20 lbs before trying to concieve. The problelm with this is that I might as well go through with the surgery because I dont want to  loose the 20 lbs and then gain it right back plus more while im pregnant or after I have my baby. So it takes me right back to the surgery. I go to my consultation tomorrow morning and hopefully I will have some good news on my journey's second phase. I am excited but not that anxious anymore. Its been a long time coming!

lol! so folks ,... ive been waiting and waiting!!! I remember a lot of peaple telling me that it was going to go by soooo fast and it would be here before I knew it ... but this is just crazy b/c i feel like i have been waiting forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My consultation isnt even here yet !!! its a week from today and I still have to go through all these stupid steps and also have 6 mo. of  dietary  counseling crap! ugh! im just so upset right now.. i had to vent!!!!

So I got a call yesterday and I have my consultation on Sept. 20th!!!  A little upset that it is going to take so long but I guess this teaches me patience.. I am ready! I cant wait to start making ALL of my appointments!!

So its been a week and 2 days! YES IM COUNTING!!! LOL! it took forever for the seminar and now i cant get a call for my consultation when they promised to call back!!! Im a little upset! I want to start w/ scheduling appointments! its so frustrating! I will be patient and not call anymore but why is it taking so long to get an appointment for a consult and im going to have to wait another 1-3 weeks b4 the consult and they wont tell you which doctors to make your appointments with.. this is just frustrating!!!! UGH!!!
Please call me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I went to my seminar on August 1st!! Just waiting on that call for my consultation!!
