"He was a phenomenal, competent, intelligent surgeon who did a SUPERB job on me. I had NONE of the horror stories that so many other WLS patients have described to me, nor did I have any tubes or discharge, or whatnot. My initial impression and current post-op one are largely the same. He is quiet, serious, but polite man. In a surgeon, he is EXACTLY what I want. His office staff. . . well, one of them is nice and friendly. They did get my insurance cleared, and fast, so they aren't all bad, hehe. I feel that in a surgeon, competence trumps EVERYTHING. Dr. Krause was polite and pleasant enough for me. Plus, bottom line, he did a WONDERFUL job! "
