"I found Jon to be really calm and kind, with very little ego (seemingly), which is refreshing for such a talented surgeon. The entire team at Mercy Bariatrics is dedicated to answering any questions I had before and after, and there is as much support as you need. Personally, I haven't needed to go back apart from the one post-op checkup, but I know that if I had any concerns I could get an appointment straight away. They were upfront about the costs, and Jon gave me information and opinions on both the gastric sleeve and the lapband, without pushing me to pursue either one. I just can't recommend him highly enough, I felt that he truly cared about my wellbeing even though he is extremely busy and performs a number of sleeves per day. He's also lovely to look at, which is why I nicknamed him Gorgeous Jon!"
