First adjustment.

I had my 1st adjustment 3 cc's on Monday Dec. 2nd. I think it helped some . I feel good I am down a total of 27 lbs. I have met my 1 st goal, I'm under 200lbs and I can get my wedding rings back on.

It's 5 days out, and I am so hungry, I feel nauseated, and am weak. I was told I wouldn't be hungry. I'm not hungry and am starving!!! I have been since 2nd day after surgery. Dr. not concerned said just keep drinking clear liquids, and if I needed I could have a protein shake. Got tape off surgery areas today weighed 203, down 21lbs
9 hours away!?!?!?!?!

Sitting here debating if I should go to bed or stay up since I have to leave for the hospital in 6 hours. (Get up in 5 hours ) Just had a phone call from step dad calling to have a prayer with me. How sweet! Don't feel to nervous (maybe since dad just prayed for help with nerves) I just hope I'm not puking on the way in the morning.LOL This liquid diet sure makes fruits, vegs f/f and s/f stuff look good!

I never knew someone could live without food for a week, I sure hope they know what they are doing. Or I didn't misunderstand! LOL

Well tomorrow I go for pre-op testing. My last day of old ways of eating. The start of a new life. I will be eating to live not living to eat. Nervous and excited. Big step. 10-15-08

Hi, my surgery date is set for Oct. 24, 7:00am. I am happy, but I am sooooo nervous of what to expect (day of , night of, how I am going to take my meds , one is time released capsule, I always thowup after surgery.aaaahhhh.)

Hi, I am at the beginning of the journey. Waiting for my physician to sent a letter to my surgeon for the insurance, but found out there is a thyroid problem and physician is wanting to wait on letter, but surgeon is wanting to go through with letter even though the thyroid is low, seems a little strange. Just waiting for now.
