Good morning, Ms. Vicki, You have a wonderful site! It's great to know someone else in NSG! I see you keep a list (very similar to what I did - I printed a copy and put it at the back of the notebook NSG gives you with phone numbers and addresses and such). Okay - a bit about the light scan. It is rather embarrassing ... but not painful at all. The worst thing is having to disrobe (entirely) - and you get a 3-D picture of yourself with a billion measurements. I believe the real purpose behind it is to study the differences between measurements and the "BMI" thing. Well, I don't want to go filling up your page - I'll try and check it frequently.
